Natalie Dessay is always so sad when I leave - she hangs over the balistrade as far as she can! This is the 'flying strairwell' in my home that I tumbled down 12 years ago. Partly because of the fall and partly because of my arthritis, Dr Tom Barnhill will be doing a shoulder replacement in March 2012. My right thumb needs reconstruction as well - probably Dr Jeff Cook in Saint John. It will be an interesting spring. My cousin Eleanor from the Annapolis Valley is coming to stay with me.
