I hereby agree to spay/neuter my kitten and not to breed this kitten,
I hereby agree to visit a Veterinarian within ten days of purchase and at least yearly to update vaccinations etc.,
I hereby agree not to lend, sell or otherwise place my kitten/cat without the express permission of Simply Rose Himalayans and Patricia desChamps,
I hereby appoint Patricia desChamps power of attorney over my cat in case of my death or incapacitation,
