Waiting for our dinner guests

 Such good girls, not getting on the table! There was one cat on each of the four dining chairs.

My cats are not declawed. My furniture is leather or damask. Notice these chairs -there isn't a claw mark on any of them. I've had these cherry chairs with white damask seats for twelve years.

Persian and Himalayan cats are quite 'laid back' and don't usually claw furniture. Some breeds are 'shredders' of  fabric.

Plum is at the back, Sparrow on the right hand side and Firefly is in the front. They try so hard to do the right thing.

I am so pleased that they try so hard to please me.
