Bastet, the Egyptian cat goddess

Bastet lives on the stairwell. In 1974 I spent several weeks in Egypt. I adore everything about Egypt - especially the people. Bastet came from the MMA in NYC many years ago and has blessed my home ever since. Each time I see her I think of Egypt.

She is near the butterfly tree.
