Fall activities!

Here is Firefly on her enclosed deck on the second floor of the house. Every fall the cats love to 'catch' the falling maple leaves, bring them in the house and play with them.

Our wonderful housekeeper Mara, vacuums them up every Thursday. They are a housekeeping nightmare. The cats probably bring in 60 each week and after they dry out, the cats break them in to tiny pieces - really tiny pieces!

 They even 'catch' them in the rain. The enclosed deck has quarter inch openings - the cats pull the leaves through the wire! They are very smart.
