The day before she left we ate at The Cabin. It was great fun. The food is home cooked and the decor basic. It's a Fredericton tradition.
Breanna and Khal played softball while I was trying to cook lunch! They didn't have a ball but had great fun anyway. I bought the bats at Marden's in Calais for $3.99. They are Wilson aluminum bats for girls!
I was so pleased to find a Gander Mountain T-Shirt for Breanna at Marden's. It's pink and says "as a matter of fact, I do fish like a girl". She is quite a fisher!
Last supper! She certainly has a great appetite and will try anything! She is a good sport too.
Lise and Michel arrived with goodbye gifts. A gorgeous 'girls' cookbook for Breanna. Michel gave her his collection of Kinder Surprise toys. She loves them!
She repaired her part horse/part giraffe piece she made out of modeling clay. The poor thing sort of 'grew' overnight.
I think he's fabulous! She likes her red nails - we had several manicure/pedicures. It was great fun. I'm going to miss her.
We met her mom and dad, Carrie and Matt at the ferry terminal in Saint John. Breanna had bought her mom this lovely wall hanging.
Goodbye Breanna, see you next year! Well, actually, at the Lawrencetown Fair in two weeks!
