Anita Yates, my old tenant came to visit from Halifax

Anita lived here perhaps six years ago for several years. We enjoyed each others company.

Her daughter Samantha was so good with my strict rule that no one under sixteen years old can pick up a cat or kitten. You must sit on the floor. She is a sweet little five year old.
