Sorry Matt and Carrie (their mom and dad). It was my idea to teach the girls how to fillet peaches and kiwi. We had a great flan for dessert. There wasn't even a speck of blood in it!

I put a Nexcare plastic bandaid on the small cutting board in case of any accidents but Khal (who was the teacher) didn't cut himself!!



The girls loved cutting the fruit and skinning it the same way you would do a fish. They were careful.
