I have lots of help decorating the 'Easter Tree' for the F'ton Library

Today we were putting together the prototype for the Easter Tree for the Fredericton Public Library. The cats are pretending to look out the bathroom window but they are checking out the tree - they can see it's reflection in the large mirrors on either side of the window!

The tree will be an freshly cut alder with 30 pink and yellow eggs and 14 resin bunnys with the wide ribbon attached. I have been suffering from 'decorators block' but when my cousin Eleanor arrived from Nova Scotia yesterday she come up with the idea of putting the ribbon behind the bunny. Fabulous!

Under the tree with be Easter paper plates with a book about Easter tied to each one.

The work table is `cat heaven`. They love ribbons and bows. Plum thought the fluffy pink eggs rolled well on the floor!
