It's raining 'cats and dogs' in Fredericton

- but mostly cats! Across the front outside double doors is a row of wooden carved cats. Passers by on Church Street often comment on them.
It's been raining forever and the Saint John River is slowly rising to flood levels. My pansies are blooming like mad and the magnolia buds are ready to burst. The fish in the backyard ponds are enjoying spring.

I love to take photos in the rain. Actually, I asked Khal to do it.  Then he locked his keys in his car. CAA came and went. Khal got soaking wet - but, the photos were gorgeous!

 Caitlyn McIntosh spread three yards of black mulch from Scott's Nursery in an afternoon! She did a wonderful job.
