Diabetes closing banquet at the SuperStore

A wonderful East Indian chef made a five course meal right in front of us. Sorry it's on it's side - above the chef is a huge mirror so you can see what she is doing. The meal was diabetes friendly.

I don't have diabetes but Khal does. I really enjoy cooking diabetic meals.
